A new law (HB 1453) enables customers purchasing DOH-Compliant product from medically-endorsed stores in Washington to be exempt for all State taxes on the sale. That means the best cannabis experiences (Heylo, Treehaus, and Yolo) at an unbeatable price.

To obtain a medical card, you must first obtain a medical authorization from a primary care provider, and then visit a medically-endorsed store.

The following has been provided by the Washington State Department of Health:

• Step 1: Schedule an appointment with your health care practitioner.
• Step 2: Obtain a medical cannabis authorization from your practitioner.
• Step 3: Visit a medically-endorsed store to get a medical cannabis card.
• Step 4: Use the card to purchase products sales tax free.
• Step 5: Repeat steps 1 - 4 to renew both the medical cannabis authorization and card before expiration.
