JusMoni

Saturday, October 6, 2018

On Saturday, October 6 Heylo Sessions will present JusMoni alongside Wffls, two Seattle-area artists set to bring summer vibes into the onset of autumn.

About Heylo Sessions:
Heylo Sessions is a music, cannabis and community-driven project to elevate the conscious use of cannabis through art. Heylo Sessions brings up-and-coming artists into the Heylo Cannabis Lab and other unique venues for live music performances paired with a cannabis strain to elicit the ideal vibe.

About the Artists:

JusMoni is Seattle’s foremost electro-soul songstress. Her most recent project, Her debut album, JusMoni as Saffroniaa, is packed with spontaneous arrangements and funky baseline rhythms from both Cambodian and African scales, is an exploration of introspective and retrospective ideas of self and intimacy. Her latest album, Sweet to Me, takes you on a ride with whimsical melodies and piercing lyrics. JusMoni’s live performances will remind you of your first experience with saffron-- a taste to never forget.

Wffls, aka TMLO, a producer & DJ from Tacoma, WA via rural Wyoming & suburban North Carolina, crafts dirty, soulful, and cinematic boom-trap inspired by the paradoxically-sublime melancholia of life as a millennial American. Equally comfortable in days-long studio solitude as he is on stage in front of thousands, Wffls’ music and personality bring seeming opposites together in perfect harmony, creating music that is simultaneously new and old, melancholy & euphoric, beautiful & ugly, polished & raw. Production credits: DoNormaal, Yodi Mac, ScribeMecca (formerly known as B.A the Scribe), Roy Oro (aka Baph), Zzz, Phraseology, Petey Defiant, R.I.C., & Wyle Killiams.
